Room is a little small for 3 people but manageable, balcony door could open giving more fresh air and space, definitely a plus. We also liked how the bathroom door swing towards the bed room, adding a screen for privacy to dress up after bath. Breakfast was much enjoyed, spread is adequate. Location is good too, bus stop is one minute walk, hotel should add the bus number into info page. We were not aware, took a diff bus and had to walk quite a distance with our bags on our first day.

The hotel was magnanimous to provide us with free public transport vouchers for use in Chur. Breakfast was available from 6 am. Though not listed in booking.com, provided us an electric kettle on request. Had a McDonald in the same building and a KFC next door. Even though there were no cups in the room, they arranged paper cups for us. The terrace with our room gave some pleasing views of the snow capped mountains. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Nice, clean rooms. Friendly and helpfull staff. Close to train station which was important to us since we were travelling with Bernina Express. More or less 20 min walk 😊 Breakfast was quite ok, but there is some room for improvements. Parking could have been included in the prize.. But also, there was no problem with leaving car on their parking for one more day (of course after paying extra). All good.

Super helpful staff and a fun pyramid shaped hotel - the kids liked it a lot. The buffet breakfast was nice. There's a McDonald's on the ground floor which proved to be too tempting but I can tell you that Swiss McDonald's restaurants are a different world from the grotty ones we have in the UK.

Breakfast was good but the rooms are really small n squeezy for 2 persons. Fortunately it was only an over nite transit for us. Would be great if the rooms are equipped with a boiler especially cold season. Thank you.

The location was perfect, there is a bus stop directly out front that gets you to most locations. The staff were amazing with food recommendations, directions, and providing us with free bus tickets.

Excellent English speaking friendly, cheerful staff specially the Manager Thiru and the receptionist. Outstanding service from Thiru ! Guided us with out and about. Very helpful ! Great view and very convenient location for shopping and transport. Such a great location for everything.

Good, clean hotel, lovely balcony to enjoy the mountain view. Staff were friendly and helpful in directions and storing e-bikes overnight. Gave us a free bus pass for the day. Easy to get to on the bus from the railway station or by bike.
